These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We create and curate viral novelty and gift products. Some items are designed and 3D printed to order in-house — for these, minor color, texture, and dimensional variances are normal to the printing process and are not defects. Other items are sourced from trusted suppliers. Product photos are representative; actual color may vary slightly by monitor, supplier, or print batch.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

Orders & Production

Because items are made to order, please review our Shipping Policy for handling time before ordering. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are novelty and household items and are not intended for use with children under 3, as food-safe containers, or in any safety-critical application unless explicitly stated in the product description. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
